This is a very interesting early belt hand made by the famous artist Miss Ellen Ruth Levy made in 1979. It is signed and dated on the inside of this great belt. The buckle is beautifully enameled, and the snakeskin belt/sash will fit almost everyone measuring 52 1/2" long x 3/4" wide. This amazing piece is in EXCELLENT condition. I emailed the artist, and this is what she said. "YES, it's mine.
