This is gorgeous 1890 Duchess ladies silver open face pocket watch with porcelain face. It has navy blue numbers and markers, bright gold stars, dots, and circles around the numbers. The hands are fancy gold, and it has a gold winder. On the back inside case it says "DUCHESS 67754 R G 5", on the other side in an inscription "JACKSON TO FANNY APRIL 1890 AUNT FANNY TO ETHEL MAY 5TH 1892". The back of the case has the initials "FHP". It measures 1 1/4" in diameter, has some scratching on the case, and doesn't work. Other than that a really gorgeous Victorian piece.
